Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment or order confirmation.

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • During high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Time

Estimated delivery timelines are:

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

  • Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 4–7 business days

  • Remote Locations: 5–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and courier availability.

Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping is available on eligible orders, as displayed at checkout.

  • If shipping charges apply, they will be calculated and shown before you complete your purchase.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email and/or SMS containing your tracking details.

You can use the tracking link provided to monitor the status of your shipment.

Delivery Delays

While we strive to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to:

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available for selected locations.

We reserve the right to disable COD for certain pin codes or customers based on delivery history or operational requirements.

Failed Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will typically make multiple delivery attempts.

If delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address, customer unavailability, or refusal to accept the order, the shipment may be returned to our warehouse.

Repeated refusal of Cash on Delivery orders may result in COD being unavailable for future purchases.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your Order ID

  • Clear photographs of the product

  • An unboxing video (preferred)

We will review your request and arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

Address Changes

Once an order has been confirmed or shipped, we may not be able to modify the delivery address.
