# Return & Refund Policy

At **Saavio**, we strive to provide high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

## Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

* You received a damaged product.
* You received the wrong product.
* The product has a manufacturing defect.
* The product is missing parts or accessories.

To request a return, please contact us within **48 hours of delivery** with:

* Your Order ID
* Clear photos and/or an unboxing video showing the issue
* A brief description of the problem

Requests made after 48 hours may not be eligible for return or replacement.

## Items Not Eligible for Return

We do not accept returns for:

* Change of mind
* Incorrect product ordered by the customer
* Minor color or design variations due to photography or screen settings
* Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
* Used, washed, or altered products
* Personal care items, hygiene products, or intimate products (unless damaged or defective)

## Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

* Prepaid orders will be refunded to the original payment method within **5–7 business days**.
* For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI after receiving your bank details.

## Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

## Refused Deliveries

If a customer refuses to accept a prepaid or COD order without a valid reason, future Cash on Delivery purchases may be restricted.

## Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong, damaged, or defective product).
